Set an appointment for 11am and they promptly came out to replace water filters and check my water softener. Even helped me tighten the faucet that had been a little loose. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you

I’ve had the Pro Elite for a couple of years, and this is by far the best system to get rid of fluoride and PFas. And thank you John for coming out to do the yearly maintenance to make sure the system is running properly.

Purchased an under-sink RO and the quality of my drinking water is way better, as expected. Alec was great! He came over right on-time, was very friendly, and explained everything nicely. Although it was minimal, he also cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend!
