After 20 years, I finally decided to replace my water softener which hasn’t been working for years. I interviewed several companies and finally ended up selecting San Antonio Water Solutions. Mike and Jennifer showed up at my house on time and were eager to teach me about the incredible line of products that they have. The were extremely professional, Highly Knowledgeable and exceptionally customer service oriented. My water tested at 14 grains per gallon (gpg) which totally explained why I had lime scale build up on my faucets, spotty dishes and itchy/dry skin after showers. Mike and Jennifer educated me on the overall theory of my problem and offered several options for a viable solution. After going over everything with great detail, we talked about equipment reliability, warranty, maintenance and cost. All the information was straight forward without any gimmicks or hard to understand warranty (Parts and Labor). After I found out that they were affiliated with Pentair, honestly, I was already sold but my wife and I still had to go over all the pros and cons before solidifying our decision. The reason I was sold is because my pool equipment is Pentair and I absolutely love it. It is a state-of-the-art piece of sophisticated equipment that I have had to pleasure of owning for three years and I love everything about Pentair. Another reason I selected San Antonion Water Solutions is because they are Veteran owned and operated with a staff of Veterans they have employed. As a Veteran myself, I instantly felt their conviction to make sure that my family was taken care of with the right option instead of the most expensive option. My wife and I made our decision 15 minutes after Mike and Jennifer left our house. We called them and they were able to get us scheduled for installation the very next day. On the day of installation, the Master Installer for water purification systems whose name also happens to be Mike arrived early and was ready to go. I was extremely impressed by his advanced plumbing expertise, Chemical Literacy, electrical capability and advanced diagnostic acuity. Mike engineered the set up of my water softener and reverse osmosis system to absolute perfection. After that he made sure that my wife and I were both educated on the capabilities of the equipment before he left. The purchase was seamless, the installation was pristine, and I highly recommend their expertise to anyone needing water treatment.

Mike, our sales representative, came to our home and took the time to thoroughly explain everything the water system does. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire process. As a family that recently completed a PCS move from North Carolina, we especially appreciated that the company actively supports military families.
