Alec and Eric were fast, friendly and efficient and explained everything they were doing when they replaced the filters today and checked my system to see all was working well.

Update 4/5/25: Eric came today for the yearly maintenance of our system and filter replacement. He was on time and once again did a great job. Glad to have our water softener and filter system well maintained by Eric .

Great work! No BS salesman to waste your time trying to earn his commission. I needed my system repaired as my resin had gone bad due to chlorine levels. In the process I found out I needed a carbon tank to help the resin last longer. While other highly rated companies wanted to up sell me and give me a brand new $6000 system, San Antonio water solutions identified my problem and gave me a FAIR quote. I quickly scheduled the repair. The tech even identified an error the previous company who had installed my system had made and quickly fixed it. I will be using this company in the future for all my water needs and they have earned my highest recommendation.
